Service Description

The AI Club is an invite-only membership platform that provides access to an AI chat assistant (Zeno) with intelligent model routing, crowd memory, Ask Club Members Q&A, and a personalised daily summary. The service is operated by The AI Club.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use The AI Club. Access is invite-only — you need a valid invitation to create an account. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Accounts

Each person may hold one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@the-ai.club.

Subscription & Payments

• The AI Club membership costs £34.99 per month
• Subscriptions are recurring and billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us if you have concerns

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to generate illegal content
• Abuse, harass, or send harmful content through the platform
• Attempt automated or programmatic access to the service (scraping, bots, etc.)
• Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit through The AI Club. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content for the purposes of delivering the service — including sending messages to AI providers, extracting memories, and generating responses.

AI-generated responses are provided for your use but come with no ownership guarantee from the AI providers.

AI Disclaimer

Responses from Zeno and other AI models are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. AI responses do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Always verify important information independently and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Crowd Memory

The AI Club uses a crowd memory system that extracts anonymised topic data from conversations across the community. This data is used to surface recommendations and trending topics. Individual messages are never shared with or visible to other users. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Availability

We aim to keep The AI Club available at all times, but the service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or service level. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You can cancel your subscription through the Settings page or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon request, we will delete your account data — contact hello@the-ai.club.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The AI Club and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
